Many people arrive here because they feel a pull toward teaching, mentoring, or creating something to share with other clinicians, even if they don’t yet have language for it. This page is for those moments when an idea is forming but not fully shaped.

Course Architecture Intensives

Intensive, collaborative support to help clinicians turn ideas, expertise, or existing content into clear, coherent training programs.

This work is especially helpful if you:

  • Have content that feels too dense, unfocused, or inaccessible

Course Architecture Intensives are structured, time-limited, and highly collaborative. You bring your knowledge. I help shape it into something usable.

Mentorship and development support for clinicians moving into trainer roles, including those pursuing EMDRIA-approved trainer pathways.

This work may include:

  • Clarifying your teaching identity and scope

  • Structuring and executing EMDR Basic Training offerings

  • Support through the transition from clinician to educator

This is not about becoming someone else’s version of a trainer. It’s about becoming a trainer in a way that fits you.

A Note on Process

Much of this work begins without a clear endpoint. That’s expected.

You don’t need:

  • A polished curriculum

  • A finalized business plan

  • A fully formed teaching identity

You do need curiosity, clinical depth, and a willingness to engage in the process. We figure out the rest together.
