Individual Intensive Therapy
Individual Intensive Therapy
Focused, time-limited therapy for therapists and referred clients seeking depth, clarity, and self-understanding
I offer individual therapy intensives for therapists and clients referred by other therapists who want a dedicated block of time to focus on specific areas of themselves that are seeking attention.
This work is not meant to address everything. It is about choosing a portion of your journey and asking a simple, meaningful question:
Which parts of you do you want me to see during this work block?
What we focus on is up to you.
Who This Work Is For
Individual intensives are especially well-suited for:
Therapists who want to deepen their relationship with their own internal system
Therapists who feel stuck in ways that impact their personal life or clinical work
People referred by other therapists for focused, depth-oriented work
Individuals who want to be seen clearly and work intentionally with specific parts
People who prefer immersive work over weekly, ongoing therapy
The more therapists know themselves, the better therapists they become. This work creates space for that knowing to deepen in a focused, contained way.
How I Approach This Work
This work is guided by curiosity, choice, and attunement to your system.
We collaborate around what feels most important to focus on during our time together. You’re welcome to come in with something clear and specific, or with a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure.
You do not need to have everything figured out ahead of time. I can track what’s happening and help us find a meaningful place to begin, while staying connected to what feels important to you.
Using the integrated EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) model I teach, we follow your system’s lead and work at a pace that supports depth without overwhelm.
This work is designed to focus deeply on a specific area, rather than trying to address everything at once.
My Lens as a Therapist
I approach this work as an autistic therapist with ADHD. This shapes how I work in a few important ways:
I tend to notice patterns quickly and connect things that may not feel obvious
I can stay very focused on what’s happening for you without getting pulled off track
I’m naturally curious and ask a lot of questions to help you understand yourself more clearly
Many people experience this as being “seen” in a way that feels different from past therapy.
For some, this level of focus and depth can feel intense. For others, it creates a sense of clarity and movement that has been hard to find elsewhere.
Depth of Training & Experience
I bring a high level of specialization to this work.
I am an EMDRIA-approved Consultant and Trainer and an IFS Certified Therapist and Approved Clinical Consultant. I have been working in the field since 2007, and have spent that time training, consulting, and refining how I work with EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
I am also the author of the first full-length book detailing the integration of EMDR and IFS and the developer of The Integrated EMDR and IFS Model.
I have also done extensive work on my own system, which allows me to stay grounded and out of the way so we can focus on you.
Because of this, many clients find that we can get to meaningful places more directly and with greater clarity.
Format & Structure
My therapy practice is intentionally structured around short-term, intensive work rather than ongoing weekly sessions.
Intensives are offered as focused, time-limited packages designed to support meaningful movement, clarity, and integration.
In addition to the intensive hours, each package includes preparation and integration sessions to support the full arc of the work.
I typically offer two formats:
8-Hour Intensive
Pre-intensive session (60 minutes)
Two 4-hour sessions (typically across two days)
Integration session (60 minutes)
12-Hour Intensive
Pre-intensive session (60 minutes)
Three 4-hour sessions (often across two days, with a follow-up session the following week)
Integration session (60 minutes)
Sessions are paced to support depth without overwhelm, with built-in breaks and timing adjusted collaboratively.
This structure allows us to:
Prepare your system before beginning deeper work
Stay with the process long enough for meaningful shifts to occur
Support integration afterward
All sessions are offered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
Availability & Investment
My primary professional focus is on training, consulting, and education; therefore, availability for individual therapy intensives is limited and offered selectively throughout the year.
8-Hour Intensive Package: $3,500
12-Hour Intensive Package: $5,000
Each package includes preparation, intensive sessions, and integration support as outlined above.
A small number of reduced-rate spots are reserved for those for whom cost would otherwise be a barrier. If this applies to you, you’re welcome to note it when you reach out.
Licensure & Location
I can provide telehealth therapy to clients physically located in:
California
Colorado

Due to a non-compete agreement, I am unable to accept new therapy clients physically located in Texas at the time of services until April, 2028.
